It is impossible for an individual to comply with every law around the world. Naturally, I operate this site in accordance with Japanese law, ethics, and my personal conscience.

This site’s server is located in Japan, and data is managed according to Japanese law. Communication also occurs with Google’s servers as Google tools are used for WordPress management.
Comment information remains on the server during the approval waiting period and while posts are public.
Information no longer necessary for operations will be appropriately deleted.
As this site uses WordPress, comments submitted by readers are stored on the server.
Once submitted, comments cannot be deleted by the commenter.
However, if a reader wishes to have their comments removed, they may contact the site administrator via the contact form.
To process a deletion request, the requester must provide the same email address used when submitting the comment.
If the request is deemed valid, the comment will be deleted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Please note that requests without sufficient verification may not be processed.
5. Comment Moderation Policy
This site aims to promote intellectual exchange and constructive discussion among readers. Therefore, I moderate comments according to the following policy:
* Criticism and dissenting opinions are welcome. However, I encourage presenting the grounds and reasoning for opinions.
* Defamatory, discriminatory, or aggressive comments toward others will not be approved and will be deleted.
* I reserve the right to edit or delete comments as necessary to ensure reader safety.
As mentioned in the “Introduction,” alternative platforms do not require my moderation, so please choose the method you prefer.
6. Providing Personal Information to Third Parties
Personal information obtained will not be provided to third parties except in the following cases:
* When there is a request based on laws and regulations
* When there is consent from the user
* When providing to external services necessary for site operation (such as Google Analytics)
