I do not intend to criticize prostitution or sex workers. It might be their form of self-expression, or there could be underlying causes such as childhood abuse that only mental health professionals can determine.
However, one thing is clear:
Why is the responsibility of the buyers ambiguous while the sellers end up in socially vulnerable positions?
Perhaps it’s because we know that human dignity is at stake.

Call centers don’t just listen to conversations; they need to solve problems. Whether in writing or voice calls, they require sensitivity.
If the government establishes call centers, people can voice their dissatisfaction with national politics. This way, even people with extreme ideologies like far-right views or terrorism can feel heard, potentially preventing dangerous actions.

Let’s do a thought experiment.
We look for people among sex workers who want support. We could advertise on the apps they use.
3-1. Provide assistance to those who want it
3-2. Since they may have disrupted life rhythms and trauma, they don’t need to adjust to regular hours immediately; over 6 months to 3 years, help them transition to daytime shifts
3-3. “Non-face-to-face customer service emotional labor” like call centers should suit them (face-to-face work can’t prevent stalking or clients revealing their past)
3-4. Assign difficult clients to AI
3-5. Otherwise, engage with clients with AI or supervisor support
3-6. As it’s a vocational training program, career paths are presented after a certain period
3-7. Some are exploited by predatory men or deceived by cults into working in the sex industry. Therefore, to protect them, we safeguard their career advancement funds from exploitation and protect their career development. We present and support paths to increase their earning potential, such as pursuing higher education, advancing to call center management positions, or becoming specialists in AI-human emotional labor collaboration.
3-8. Make the workplace function as surrogate family or university, with a female-heavy rotation, capable of supporting pregnancy, childbirth, and childcare—providing reliable support (family backing) that these women likely lack (or had to escape from)
This approach should reduce motivations for entering sex work. Rather than opposing the sexual industry, since some may have had virtually no other choices, I’ve considered how to be fair to women who have been exploited, disadvantaged, discarded, or ignored by social structures.

We must not abandon people. While it’s natural for people to have desires and make mistakes, I believe that socially fixing vulnerable positions through structural means equals society abandoning people.
If this system works, it can be applied to other structural social problems.
